I've got a little behind in the work that has been gathering for DBD::ODBC lately so a few days ago I rt'ed a list of jobs in the hope that would stir me into action.

• Update to latest ppport.h (see perl ppport.h dbdimp.c) and add ppport.h to the DBD::ODBC distribution. I've done this now although it is not committed yet. DBI already contains dbipport.h which is really just a renamed ppport.h but I thought a build would pick up a newer ppport.h distributed with DBD::ODBC; it doesn't because DBI renamed ppport.h as dbipport.h. Also the include in DBIXS.h for dbipport.h uses double quotes not angle brackets so I cannot even override DBI's dbipport.h by including a copy with DBD::ODBC. See ppport.h. I also grabbed dbivport.h from the latest DBI and copied that into the DBD::ODBC distribution (as you are supposed to do but I have forgotten recently).
• ODBC 3.8 has arrived from MS There are new macros and a few new facilities which I may want to look in to.
• ParamTypes in DBD::ODBC not visible until after execute This is not a big deal as no one seems to have noticed yet and in fact it is really tricky to fix.

I also added new FAQ entries submitted in SQL Server connection broken after query with many bind parameters and fixed a few minor issues in Makefile.PL.
